Zhenqiao specializes in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology, combining high-precision injection molding, vacuum sintering, and materials engineering to produce high-density, complex-structured metal parts in a single-step process.
The MIM process is widely used in 3C electronic components, medical devices, golf equipment accessories, and critical parts for automobiles, motorcycles, and bicycles. MIM can produce parts with internal cavities, thin walls, and three-dimensional structures that are difficult to achieve using conventional machining methods
Compared to CNC machining, MIM produces virtually no scrap material, making it particularly well-suited for mass production.
After sintering, the density can reach 95–99%, and the performance is comparable to that of forged or machined parts.
